January 6: Deadline to submit all application materials (including references) and fees to ORPAS
January 30: Deadline for ORPAS to receive initial transcripts for all course work to-date, from all post-secondary institutions attended
March
Mid March:Invitations to complete the Computer Administered Profile (CAP) will be emailed to selected applicants. Requests to be considered for the Alternate CAP must be submitted by the date indicated in the CAP invitation. No exceptions. Applicants who do not receive an invitation to complete the CAP will receive an email update on their status in the admission process. We use the email address on file with ORPAS to communicate with applicants. Be sure to check your junk mail folder.
April
April 16:Alternate CAP day for students with religious observances and exam conflicts, by special request only.
April 18:CAP day.
May
May 15: Earliest day for offers of admission to be sent. Successful applicants can view and accept their offer of admission in ORPAS. Updates on applicant status will be emailed to remaining applicants using the email address on file with ORPAS.
May 29: First-round offers expire.
June
June 7: Provisional acceptances become firm acceptances.
Su. June 30: Deadline for ORPAS to receive final transcripts (with degree conferred) for all course work to-date (including any courses that were in-progress when you submitted your ORPAS application), from all post-secondary institutions attended. This applies to anyone who accepts an offer of admission AND anyone on the waitlist.
Notes for Applicants Placed on the Waitlist
If you have firmly accepted another Physical Therapy offer from the University of Western Ontario, Queen’s University, McMaster University or the University of Ottawa, we are not permitted to contact you with an offer. You will be removed from the University of Toronto’s MScPT waitlist and no further official correspondence takes place. There are no guarantees that we will make offers to applicants on the waitlist. Final transcripts for all course work to-date, from all post-secondary institutions attended, must be received by ORPAS no later than June 30.
