Annette is an independent healthcare consultant providing expertise in health system planning and performance, interprofessional practice, integrated care models, and risk and safety. Annette is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in progressive leadership positions spanning acute care (University Health Network), rehabilitation (St. John’s Rehab, Sunnybrook), home and community care (Central CCAC/LHIN) and the Central Local Health Integration Network (health system planning and performance). Her clinical areas of expertise have included hand therapy, burns, multiple trauma and neurological conditions. Annette currently volunteers as a physiotherapy preceptor at the student-led interprofessional IMAGINE clinic at the Central Toronto Community Health Centre and is on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.
