  • Exploring the underlying reasons of chest pain in people with COPD by evaluating vertebral deformity and arthropathy on chest CT scans

Future Plans

After completing her PhD,  Yi-Wen plans to do a post-doctoral fellowship to consolidate her research experience. She aspires to find an academic position in order to teach and continue conducting research. Her goal is to help people who live with chronic diseases maintain their fitness and the quality of life. Yi-Wen also has an interest in applying her research to technologic developments in industry.
