Molly Verrier Honored at Retirement Celebration

Professor Molly Verrier, Director of Distributed Rehabilitation Sciences Education, retired from her roles within the Rehabilitation Sciences Sector on January 1st of this year. An event to honor Molly was held at the University Club on February 7th, and was attended by over a hundred colleagues, friends and family. Catharine Whiteside, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine gave a warm welcome and opening remarks, followed by tributes from Dina Brooks, Professor, Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto; Sharon Wood-Dauphinee, Professor of Medicine, Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University; as well as a presentation by Kent Bassett-Spiers, the CEO of the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation. Everyone shared in the opportunity to celebrate Molly, enjoying stories and cherished memories.
