Dr. Kelly O’Brien has won a CIHR Planning and Dissemination Grant for her project, “Healthy Aging with HIV Over the Life Course: Advancing an International Research Collaborative to Address Research Priorities in HIV, Aging and Rehabilitation”.  The grant will fund a collaborative meeting between the Canada-UK HIV and Rehabilitation and Research Collaborative (CUHRRC), Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR), and Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (CWGHR).

The aim of the meeting is to advance an international research agenda to address priorities in HIV, aging and rehabilitation among people living with HIV, researchers, clinicians, and community organizations in Canada, the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the Annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS in Winnipeg in May 2016.
