OS&OT and PT Info Sessions Registration Form The Department of Physical Therapy and the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy hold joint information sessions every fall. These sessions provide prospective applicants with an opportunity to learn more about the programs from faculty members. A portion of the presentation will be spent on application procedures and Q & A, and applicants will also be given the option of participating in a building tour given by our current students. Items marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Dates October 25, 2018 Time Registration for each session begins at 3:30 pm. The presentation will be from 4:15 pm to 5:00pm, and we will offer tours and answer questions until approximately 5:45pm.
