MScPT Research Groups - Server Access

This form is used to request access to server resources at 500 University for MscPT research projects.

Before you begin completing this form, you'll need to discuss with your faculty advisor the process for storing your project data. You'll be asked for details about:

What your server account user name is (if you already have one - Rob would have created this for you)
Where you will be storing your data
Whether you require remote access to a computer or folder, and, if so, which computer or folder

If you haven't already spoken with your faculty advisor, please do so first.
