Safety Training

• As a student in the Department of Physical Therapy, you are required to complete several safety training modules. You need to submit the following items to Jane Kean at ptclined@utoronto.ca by Monday, August 29, 2022:
  • results page from each of the 4 TAHSN eLearning Modules
  • Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training “Certificate of Completion”
  • AODA “Certificate of Completion”
  • Signed copy of the Infection Control Reading page.
